Dedicated MTB routes offer training opportunities for all levels of difficulty – from easy tours to steep mountain rides and extensive bike trails. Bikes can be easily transported on public transport – in the Ötztal valley even on the mountain railways. Local bike hire companies offer the best equipment in all bike categories.

From leisurely cycle paths down in the valley to single trails on the mountain – the well-researched routes lead from blooming alpine meadows to spectacular scree slopes. Not only can you enjoy the beautiful views and mountain scenery, but you can also get a good workout.
